Derrick Maurice Snodgrass, Jr. is a charismatic leader, visionary, innovator, trail-blazer and a spiritual guide who serves as the senior and founding pastor of Spiritual Prosperity Enrichment Center (SPEC) for 7 years. Derrick has a heart and passion for people, and desires to spread and exemplify the love of God to humanity. Born and raised in the city of Indianapolis, believing charity begins at home, Derrick desires to make a difference within the city by being the hands and feet of God and shining the light of Jesus Christ. God birthed the vision to launch SPEC in Pastor Snodgrass at the tender age of sixteen as God awoke him at three o’clock in the morning and spoke the acronym (SPEC), the name (Spiritual Prosperity Enrichment Center), and the scripture ( 3 John 1:2) for which the church would be founded. He was honored to serve in this capacity and blessed to completed this assignment in March of 2022. His desire is to draw the unsaved, and help lead them to a better life by being conformed to the image of Jesus Christ, as well as empower believers. While the nature and character of God is unchanging, God often employs various methods to speak to His people. Pastor Derrick truly believes God has given him a new perspective for the Kingdom. He maintains his stance on the infallible, unadulterated and immutable word of God, yet he is radical, cutting edge, and liberating. His vision is to bridge the gap between two generations. Often vexed because of the lack of manifested power within the modern church, and the lack of knowledge within the former church, he hopes to bring a balance of intellectual stimulation and the manifested power of God. He prays that his ministry will be marked by the supernatural through signs, miracles, and wonders. Pastor Derrick is known for precisely and holistically teaching and preaching the truth of God’s word, and for laboring in prayer and in the power of the Holy Ghost. Derrick has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Franklin University; a Masters of Divinity from Liberty University; and is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry from Liberty University. Derrick has been married to his beautiful wife La Toija Shantel Snodgrass for nearly 10 years, and together they have 2 wonderful children, Jackson Maurice Snodgrass, and Khloe Shantel Snodgrass and son who remains in their hearts- Johnathan Michael Snodgrass (2012).

La Toija S. Snodgrass is a devoted and talented woman of God who served as Chief Administrator at SPEC. She successfully developed numerous partnerships throughout the community, while bringing greater opportunities to SPEC for growth! La Toija’s number one mission is to know God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit intimately and share their love with everyone she encounters. She is a prophetess and faith-healer and is honored to be used by God in any capacity He sees fit. Aside from her spiritual ministry, her family is her earthly ministry and is honored to be the wife of Derrick Maurice Snodgrass, Jr., and the mother to Jackson Maurice Snodgrass and Khloe Shantel Snodgrass. She will forever hold the precious memory of Johnathan Michael Snodgrass in her heart. She also values learning. Upon high school graduation, she chose to continue her education at the University of Denver, where she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in molecular biology in June of 2008. She also attended the University of Colorado, School of Public Health where she earned a Master of Public Health degree- epidemiology concentration- in August of 2012, and a Master of Arts in molecular medicine from Liberty University June of 2021. La Toija is a servant leader and is excited about Kingdom building at Glory Takeover Ministries and abroad!
